Feathers, Feathers and more Feathers. A couple of weeks ago, Jesse and I bought a goose down comforter at a garage sale. We cut it into four parts and sewed each back together to create four dog beds. We were so excited to finally have beds that we could wash, bleach, and that were super comfortable. We couldn’t keep the dogs off of them, Zhor especially. Since Zhor liked his so much, we went ahead and put one in Paisley’s kennel without putting a cover on it. The beds were working out perfectly and since Paisley had been sleeping through the night, not chewing holes in her blanket, and not chewing on the edges, we didn’t worry about putting the extra cover on it, until we came home to this…..

I admit, all I could do was laugh. She looked so proud of herself and the feathers were actually stuck in her coat…I did however, wait for Jesse to get home to clean it up.
